Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, configure your AI receptionist, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing information. We also collect call data processed through our platform, including call recordings, transcripts, and metadata (caller ID, duration, timestamps), which are used to power the AI receptionist service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send billing-related communications; respond to your comments and questions; send product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; and monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience. We do not sell your personal information or call data to third parties.
Call Recording and Transcription
Our service involves recording and transcribing calls answered by the AI receptionist. You are responsible for ensuring that all parties to a call are informed of recording where required by applicable law. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only by your authorized account users. You may delete call recordings from your dashboard at any time.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and customer support tools), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data Retention
